Your Bourse opened an office in Kuala Lumpur on Friday and will base its operations and support teams there, the trading technology provider said. The company said its client base across Asia-Pacific has grown and that it wanted staff closer to the brokers it serves.

Malaysia runs on UTC+8, which puts the new team inside the trading day of brokers in Singapore, Hong Kong and Sydney. Your Bourse markets its platform on a 99.999% uptime service-level agreement and round-the-clock support, figures it reports itself.

London's trading industry is coming home!

Platform Vendors Have Been Landing in Malaysia

Your Bourse is not the first technology supplier to pick the city. Spotware, the developer of cTrader, opened a Kuala Lumpur office in April 2025 and staffed it for business development, sales and marketing across brokers, prop firms and traders in the region.

The brokers got there first. VT Markets opened a Kuala Lumpur office in 2021 to handle customer support and affiliate queries from Malaysia and Indonesia.

Malaysia also hosts offshore brokerages through Labuan, whose regulator restricted the firms it licenses to currency instruments in 2024. Technology vendors sell to brokers, not to retail traders, so placing staff in a country does not pull them into its licensing regime.

The two vendor offices in the city carry different jobs. Spotware's works on sales and marketing, and Your Bourse's will run operations and client support.

Support Moves Into Asian Trading Hours

The office will be run by Konstantin Chernevskii, head of operations at Your Bourse, according to his LinkedIn profile. The company, founded in 2017, is led by chief executive Elina Pedersen.

A team on the ground would let the company "work more closely with our clients in the region" and support their daily operations, Chernevskii said in the announcement.

Those staff sit behind a product line that has changed through the year. In August, the company opened Trade Server to AI assistants that can hedge exposure and close positions, and said clients could run the connection on their own infrastructure.

Trade Server Additions Since June

In June, Your Bourse added Advanced Markets to its Premium Liquidity Provider program, under which the liquidity firm covers the cost of the bridging, execution and reporting software for the brokers that join. STARPrime joined the same program in December.

In August, Your Bourse gave brokers three ways to pair TradingView charts with Trade Server. The company prices that backend on account capacity and a flat monthly fee instead of trading volume.
