Thomson Reuters (NYSE:TRI) has on-boarded Shawn Malhotra as its newest Vice President for the group’s Toronto Technology Centre, who joins one of the company’s largest growth segments in Canada, according to a Thomson Reuters statement.

Thomson Reuters’ Technology Centre is expected to secure upwards of 400 technology jobs in Canada over the next two years, with eventual plans to grow to approximately 1,500 jobs.
