ADDX Announces Appointment of New CEO

The private market platform, ADDX announced that it has appointed Oi-Yee Choo as the company’s CEO to accelerate its expansion. Choo has been employed by ADDX as its Chief Commercial Officer for the last 2 years.

Choo stated that she plans for ADDX to be the largest private market exchange in Asia by expanding the team from 90 to 120 staff within the year. Previously, she held senior roles at Morgan Stanley, UBS and Citigroup Investment Bank.

Rita Liu Appointed as Mode CEO

Mode Global Holdings PLC has appointed Rita Liu as its CEO. Prior to Liu being employed by the Fintech company, she served for more than a decade in leadership roles for Alipay Alipay in Asia, the US, Canada and was the Alipay CEO in the UK.

Also, Mode’s existing CTO Jonathan Conway has been added to its board with immediate effect. Thus, Mode is planning to focus on becoming the UK’s leading regulated all-encompassing crypto app.

Copper.co Has Appointed Sabrina Wilson as Its Chief Operating Officer

Copper.co declared it has placed Sabrina Wilson as its Chief Operating Officer, effective from March 2022. Wilson is well-suited to lead the company's operations and service its expanding client base, as more financial institutions allocate funds to digital assets.

Gold-i Promotes Joy Li to the Position of Head of APAC

Gold-i announced today that it has promoted Joy Li to the Head of APAC. In the new role, Li will take charge of the growth of all Gold-i’s Sales, Business Development, Support and Operations activities in the region.

Previously, Gold-I has proclaimed several management changes over the past few weeks. In the last month, the company announced that it had hired David Hillier as Senior Sales Consultant. Additionally, Gold-i had elevated Mark Alvarez-Buylla to Chief Commercial Officer.

Fiserv Has Selected Miriam Park as General Manager of Korea

Fiserv, Inc. (NASDAQ): FISV) reported that it has decided to appoint Mi Ryung(Miriam) Park as the new General Manager of Korea, effective from March 2022.

Park carries thirty years of experience in leadership in driving digital transformation, spearheading growth and developing the market strategy for the payments industry in Korea. Located in Seoul, she will navigate and enhance the company's local payments business in the Asia Pacific region.

FTX Appoints Steve Sadin as Head of Gaming Partnerships

FTX announced the official appointment of Steve Sadin to the brand new role of Head of Gaming Partnerships. He is intending to collaborate with major gaming brands to develop FTX’s new gaming division geared towards assisting developers launch tokens and cryptocurrencies.

OpenPayd Has Appointed Barry O’Sullivan as Its Head of Payments Infrastructure

OpenPayd disclosed that it has appointed Barry O’Sullivan to the post of Head of Payments Infrastructure, effective from January 2022.

As he starts his new position, O'Sullivan will be responsible for the development of OpenPayd's product offering, increasing the number of payment methods, thus enabling the business to reach its growth objectives.
