Direct access to 20 exchanges worldwide facilitates efficient trading across regions.
The integration serves over 1000 connected institutions using Iress Viewpoint and Iress Pro.

the realm of trading solutions.

Richard Elston, the Group Head of Institutional at CMC
Connect, added: “We are delighted to have completed this landmark integration
with Iress. The move puts the CMC Prime product array in easy reach of hundreds
of financial institutions from across the globe, by allowing them to leverage
their existing technology partnerships and transact with us in a way that
requires limited additional resources."
Enhanced Position Monitoring and Cash Management
Position monitoring and cash management, essential
components of trading, are conducted on CMC's proprietary
trading platform. This platform is now bolstered by the Iress Order Management
System, which further streamlines the process of direct market access. The
integration is particularly noteworthy as it caters to the needs of over 1000
institutions globally already connected to Iress Viewpoint and Iress Pro. This
means that straight-through access to CMC's single stock CFD portfolio is now
readily available to these counterparties, contingent upon their completion of
the standard CMC onboarding process.
Debbie Kaye, the UK Head of Trading at Iress, commented: “We’re
thrilled to be able to provide CMC clients with direct access to the world’s
markets, as well as the capability to monitor positions in real time. It means
that their users can now trade CFDs with CMC through a single platform, greatly
improving the user experience and making the trading lifecycle far more
efficient.”
