AC Milan has announced a partnership with CFD provider FPG Fortune Prime Global, naming the financial broker as a Premium Partner and Official Online Trading Partner of the Italian football club.

FPG is not the first trading brand to work with AC Milan. In 2024, CFI Financial Group also became the Italian club's Official Online Trading Partner, adding the club to its sports sponsorship activities.

In April, another Italian club, Napoli, signed a two-year Global Trading Partnership with Polish investment app XTB, covering the current and following seasons.

The agreement marks FPG's first deal with a sports brand, according to the announcement. The company operates across more than 30 countries.

Under the agreement, FPG will gain access to AC Milan's global audience and commercial platform. The club said it has a community of more than 600 million Rossoneri fans worldwide.

Kyle Liu, Head of Marketing at FPG Fortune Prime Global, said the deal highlights similarities between the two companies. He said AC Milan's “legacy of passion, excellence and enduring trust” mirrors FPG's own, adding that the company was “proud to be part of its story.”

FPG Added ASIC-Licensed Operations Through GMT

FPG's expansion into sports follows its earlier growth in financial services. In 2023, Fortune Prime Global, trading as FPG Capital Group, acquired Melbourne-based GMT Markets, which had operated in Australia since 2011.

The acquisition gave FPG access to GMT Markets' Australian Securities and Investments Commission licence, allowing it to offer forex and CFD trading services in Australia under the FPG Capital Group brand. The licence was subsequently transferred to Fortune Prime Global Capital Pty Ltd.

At the time, FPG offered CFDs on forex, shares, commodities, cryptocurrencies and indices. Its global operations also included authorisation from the Vanuatu Financial Services Commission.
