Tiger Brokers’ Parent Reports $182 Million Q2 Revenue as Client Assets Reach $60.7 Billion

UP Fintech Holding, the parent company of Tiger Brokers, reported record revenue in the second quarter of 2026 as its retail client base, assets and trading activity increased across several markets.

Revenue reached $182.3 million in the quarter ended 30 June, up 31.4% year-on-year and 17.7% from the previous quarter. Non-GAAP net income attributable to shareholders came in at $42.8 million.

The results follow a difficult first quarter, when UP Fintech reported a $26.9 million loss after Chinese regulators imposed about $59.7 million in fines and confiscated gains related to unlicensed cross-border brokerage activities. Revenue still increased 26.3% year-on-year to $154.9 million during that quarter.

Singapore Trading Activity Surges at Tiger

The company added 32,600 funded clients during the second quarter, bringing the total to 1.3 million. Net asset inflows from global retail clients exceeded $1.5 billion, while total client assets increased 16.7% year-on-year to $60.7 billion.

Trading activity also increased in several of Tiger Brokers' key retail markets. In Singapore, total trading volume rose 92% year-on-year and total orders increased 46%. Active trading accounts grew for the tenth consecutive quarter.

US stock trading volume in Singapore increased 114% quarter-on-quarter, while the number of US options trading accounts rose 69% from a year earlier.

Tiger Brokers Expands Products, IPO Activity Surges

In Hong Kong, active trading accounts increased 132% year-on-year and total orders rose 70.9%. US options trading volume increased 231%, while US and Hong Kong cash equity trading volumes rose 192% and 197%, respectively.

The broker also reported growth in its cryptocurrency business in Hong Kong. Crypto assets under custody increased 84.8% year-on-year, while trading volume rose 154.8%.

Tiger Brokers expanded its retail product offering during the quarter. It extended global ETF coverage to Singapore, Australia and New Zealand. Singapore users also gained access to fractional trading in locally listed securities and one-step linking for CDP, SRS and CPF accounts.

The company additionally launched a new futures channel across its licensed markets. TigerAI expanded its analysis to commodity, equity index and foreign exchange futures.

Meanwhile, Hong Kong IPO subscriptions through the platform reached HK$968.8 billion ($124 billion), up 577% year-on-year and 78% quarter-on-quarter.
