Tullett Prebon, one of the world’s leading interdealer brokers, today announced the appointment of Carrie Heiss as Global Head of Human Resources with immediate effect. Ms. Heiss, who will report directly to the Chief Executive, John Phizackerley, joins the firm’s Global Executive Committee.

Ms. Heiss has over 25 years experience in Human Resources, including career development, training, compensation, diversity and culture change. Previously, she was Senior Managing Director, Global Head of Human Resources at Newedge.

John Phizackerley commented: “Carrie brings her deep experience to the development of our people and organisation and will take leadership of performance management, training and educational development. Conduct and Behaviour issues are a priority for our management team and Carrie will be closely involved in evolving, monitoring and enforcing our code of conduct, ensuring that we behave with honesty, integrity and respect.”
