The Spanish Comisión Nacional del Mercado de Valores (CNMV) warns the public against trading with forex and commodities broker Green Investment House Corp (FXMARKER) and binary options broker LandMark Trade Ltd (Imperial Options). In its official announcement, the watchdog argues that both brokers lack the appropriate licenses and authorization to provide investment services in accordance with the Spanish Securities Markets Law.
FXMARKER’s official website states that it is regulated by the International Financial Services Commission Belize, but it does not include information on other licenses.

Imperial Options’ website does not contain any information regarding licenses or authorizations that it holds. A similar warning on Imperial Options was issued last year by the Canadian financial markets regulator.
CNMV actively monitors the situation on the Spanish financial market. The local watchdog recently warned against an MT4 broker, GMT Markets. The brokerage claimed to be based in London and focused only on English, French, Spanish and Arab clients, but registration seemed to be open to the whole world.
