Mr Nissani has been Easy Forex’s CMO since early 2013, tasked with deepening the brokerage’s penetration into existing markets and exploring entering new markets. Speaking with Forex Magnates about this development he said: “we mutually decided that I should step down from my role.”

Mr Nissani has over 25 years of experience and he has held key positions in marketing, corporate development and sales for global companies. Prior to joining easy-forex, Hillik founded and managed Habaneros Marketing, a strategy and marketing agency, that offered outsourced CMO services to companies looking to grow their business globally. Before that, Hillik held senior executive roles, such as VP of Americas and VP of Poker & Bingo for 888.com, a publicly traded company on the London Stock Exchange and one of the largest gaming and gambling companies worldwide. He was also founder and Chairman of AdsMarket, a leading global affiliate network, head of corporate development in Poalim Bank, VP sales and marketing with a leading VoIP solutions provider and Sales Director with Amdocs.
What was the real reason that made Mr Nissani step down? like i read on another comment on fx magnets when he joined the company, 3 other marketing managers walked out in a period of 3 years, he is number 4 now. If u read this Mr Nissani can u shed some light?
Could it be that during his time at EF not only did the downward spiral of this former great company continue but also the fact that most of the staff there didn’t like him and didn’t agree with his policies?
Maybe it also has something to do with the fact that during the period he was there, EF had the highest number of key staff resignations ever? The marketing department especially was left crippled. All the senior staff that were working there for several years all got up and left one by one.
@Ron. Well performance is always the main thing management looks at but I know for a fact that the senior management at EF just recently realized how bad the morale of their staff was lately and the impact some of the tactics that were being utilized over the last few years had on the team.

On the business level, the model of EF stopped working and the company should adapt to new models as the market has changed, there is huge competition, and if you are not competitive, then they will not survive. Even the partner things that they have, many other companies offer much more benefits to partners, and much more competitive payouts. On the internal level, the market is also… Read more »
