Simon Roberts joins Admiral Markets from Cyprus-based FX broker Windsor Brokers where he spent the last two years in the capacity of Business Development Consultant. In addition, he was Managing Director at SCP Consultants Limited, a role he will retain during his tenure with Admiral Markets.
Simon was an approved Director with the UK’s FCA and he brings more than three decades of experience in operations, compliance and corporate governance across the financial services industry.
Commenting on his appointment, Simon Roberts said: “I’m excited to join Admiral Markets and honoured to be leading such a talented group of people. I’m confident that my background and subsequent expertise will add value to the company.”
Meanwhile, Stephen Ayme has been appointed as Head of Compliance at Admiral Markets UK Ltd. Mr. Ayme has extensive international experience in financial regulations, banking and asset management. He most recently served as Compliance Officer and MLRO at JCI Capital Limited. Prior to that, Stephen held a number of senior regulatory roles including Compliance Officer and MLRO at AEW Europe LLP and AEW UK Investment Management LLP.
