Webull plans to begin offering perpetual futures to eligible US customers in November, starting with Bitcoin and selected other crypto assets. The broker expects broader availability before year-end, although it has not announced a specific launch day.

Customers approved for futures trading will access the contracts through their existing Webull Futures accounts. The rollout adds another leveraged product to a platform already offering conventional futures, stocks, options, cryptocurrency and prediction markets.

Global perpetual futures trading volume exceeded $90 trillion in 2025, according to Anthony Denier, Webull’s Group President and US CEO.

"As this market continues to grow, we believe U.S. investors should have access to perpetual futures through a regulated platform they already know and trust, bringing a product with significant global adoption into the U.S. regulated futures market," he added.

The contracts will be listed on KalshiEX, a designated contract market regulated by the Commodity Futures Trading Commission, and cleared through Kalshi Klear, its regulated clearing organisation, while Webull Futures will provide brokerage access.

The broker plans to add further products, subject to regulatory review and exchange listing requirements.

Perpetual futures have no fixed expiry date, removing the need to roll positions into replacement contracts. However, holding a position involves periodic funding payments, and Webull warns that positions can be automatically liquidated if margin falls below maintenance requirements.

The company also states that futures accounts are not protected by the Securities Investor Protection Corporation (SIPC).

A Brokerage Channel for Kalshi’s Derivatives

Kalshi received CFTC approval for its Bitcoin perpetual futures contract in May 2026. Webull’s planned rollout adds a brokerage distribution channel for these derivatives, with Kalshi supplying the exchange and clearing infrastructure.

On 6 October, Kalshi launched a perpetual contract, which references the MerQube US Large Cap Index, and covers the 500 largest US-listed and US-domiciled companies.

Webull has confirmed cryptocurrency contracts for the initial rollout. It has not said whether Kalshi’s US 500 contract or other non-crypto perpetuals will be available through the broker.
