UFX Now Provides Customer Service with Zendesk Software

The broker says it has substantially minimised support response times, while improving general performance and end results

UFX announced today that it has integrated the Zendesk customer service software, helping with its overall customer relations. Utilising one of the industry’s best third-party customer service solutions into its own internal customer-relation system, the online broker looks to not only maintain its level of trader support, but better it.

Zendesk, Inc (NYSE:ZEN), based in San Francisco, provides a cloud-based customer service platform, also called Zendesk, that includes ticketing, self-service options, and customer support features.

The broker says that by adding new tools from Zendesk, such as its live-chat interface, and custom reports generator and a menagerie of other solutions, UFX has substantially minimised support response times, while improving general performance and end results.
