It seems that the iPhone Forex trading market is becoming red hot with several Forex brokers and news providers lately introducing various types of iPhone Forex apps.
FXCM made its DailyFX portal available through iPhone and so did GFT, through its FX360 brand, while Oanda recently launched an iPhone currency converter. Back in May, Citi announced that its app was available for Blackberry and iPhone users - this is however just a way to access the actual platform, not quite a standalone iPhone Forex app.
It's highly interesting to see which large broker will be the first to break into this market segment - after all iPhone users tend to be a high-end audience and the ability to be present on your clients phone might result in larger trading volumes. The ability to trade whenever, wherever is something all retail brokers should be able to provide as this is what clients demand for a while already - and if that's what they want, that's what you need to supply them with.
