Leverate, a provider of technology solutions for foreign Exchange (FX) and binary options firms, has released a newly integrated CTA chat functionality within its SIRIXActive system.

SIRIXActive is Leverate’s automation system that helps target conversion rates while reducing marketing costs for clients. The group’s development team has also taken steps to strengthen the multilateral lines of communication for traders and brokers in a bid to help guide users through the conversion funnel. Previously, the chat was relegated only to the trader, however the new update will include broker-initiated capabilities.

The news follows on the heels of Leverate’s earlier launches of its native mobile apps, which includes support for Marshmallow, in-app registration and social trading integration.

According to Maayan Gottlieb, Senior Product Manager at Leverate, in a recent statement on the new function: “SIRIXActive is an outstanding system and we know it proves that we are at the forefront of technology in the FinTech industry, but these updates are a way for us to show our clients that we never stop working to bring them the best and improve even an already superb product.”

The news from Leverate is the first announcement from the provider in the new year since it made waves last month after a select group of shareholders funded a new start-up brokerage headed by industry veteran Mariano Obludzyner. The former executive of AvaFX, Markets.com and Forex Magnates decided to venture in a new direction from his role as Head of Customer Relations at Leverate. The new brokerage’s name is LegacyFX, which utilizes Leverate’s technology.
