Spotware’s cBridge has partnered with regtech company Finmatek to help brokers manage regulatory reporting under MiFID II, EMIR, SFTR, CRS, FATCA and other frameworks.

cBridge, launched in March 2026, is a standalone liquidity bridge with fixed infrastructure-based pricing. It connects brokers to liquidity providers across cTrader, MT4, MT5 and FIX API environments, bringing price aggregation, order routing, exposure monitoring and execution management into one system.

The Finmatek partnership adds a compliance-reporting framework around that trading data. The integration is designed to let brokers use data already aggregated through cBridge and pass it to Finmatek for validation and regulatory submission.

“cBridge is built around giving brokers control over their operations, and compliance is a growing part of what they have to manage day to day. Finmatek’s expertise in that area makes them a strong partner for our brokers,” Alexis Droussiotis, co-General Manager at cBridge, said.

What Is Inside the Offering

Finmatek provides regulatory compliance and reporting solutions that can be adapted to a broker’s business model, transaction volumes, internal processes and reporting obligations.

For brokers using several trading platforms, liquidity providers or agent networks, filing a report with a regulator is the easiest part of the compliance task. The main challenge is collecting consistent transaction data from different systems and checking that it is complete before submission.

Through the partnership, cBridge can centralise data on liquidity providers, price aggregation, order routing, exposure and execution across multiple trading venues.

Finmatek can then process and validate that data for reporting purposes, reducing manual compilation and checks between front, middle and back offices.

Who Needs the Solution

The setup is most relevant for brokers operating across multiple jurisdictions or using more complex trading infrastructure. Firms with several platforms, multiple liquidity relationships, or separate regional entities often need stronger data controls before preparing regulatory reports.

It may also be relevant for offshore FX and CFD brokers seeking EU authorisation or preparing for reporting obligations linked to MiFID II, MiFIR or EMIR.

In those cases, the reporting burden depends not only on regulation, but also on whether the broker can trace transaction data across systems.

Finmatek is part of Fincap Advisers Ltd and the Russell Bedford global network, giving it access to international professional resources.

Vassilis Noussias, CEO of Finmatek, said the partnership can help firms reduce the operational burden of reporting while maintaining greater control and visibility over their obligations.

For cBridge, the partnership broadens the product from liquidity connectivity and execution control into the adjacent reporting workflow brokers need to support regulated operations.
