  • Institutional desks can trade OKX options and monitor their Greeks, positions and P&L alongside related spot and futures exposure on Talos.
  • The integration adds OKX to existing multi-venue workflows, but clients still need an eligible OKX account.

Institutional clients can now trade and monitor OKX options through Talos, bringing the exchange’s liquidity into the same workflow that already supports its spot and futures markets.

London's trading industry is coming home!

The integration is available to Talos clients that meet OKX’s onboarding and eligibility requirements. It does not create a new options market: orders submitted through Talos are still executed on OKX.

For funds, market makers, proprietary trading desks and other institutional participants, the integration eliminates the need to switch to a separate OKX interface for routine execution and position monitoring.

They can incorporate the exchange’s options into existing multi-venue trading and risk-management processes.

Options Join the Existing Trading Workflow

Talos clients can access streaming prices and order-book data for OKX options, submit and manage orders, view positions and monitor profit and loss in real time.

“Talos is an important channel for our institutional clients to reach OKX, and this integration lets them bring OKX options into that same environment, ” said Arkady Gavrilov, Senior Institutional Manager at OKX.

The platform also displays options Greeks, showing how positions respond to changes in the underlying asset’s price, volatility and time to expiry. Trading and risk teams can view this information alongside their spot and futures exposure.

A desk can therefore monitor an option and its related spot or futures hedge in one place. This reduces the need to reconcile positions across separate systems when assessing the risk and performance of a strategy.

Talos provides the market data, order and execution management, portfolio monitoring and risk controls. OKX remains the execution venue and maintains the client relationship, so customers must complete its onboarding before using the connection.

Availability depends on their jurisdiction and product eligibility.

Institutions Gain Another Options Venue

OKX already offers options across several crypto and other underlying assets, alongside an RFQ and block-trading service for institutions executing larger or multi-leg transactions.

The Talos integration allows eligible firms to include OKX prices in broader liquidity comparisons and execution workflows without building and maintaining another direct interface.

OKX was previously connected to Talos for spot and futures trading. Adding options gives institutional desks another venue within the same portfolio and risk-management system, although the companies did not disclose expected trading volumes, participating clients or commercial terms.
