CONSOB, the Italian government authority that oversees the country's stock exchange and financial services sector, announced on Friday the addition of five new websites to its blacklist.

In a statement published on its website, CONSOB (Commissione Nazionale per le Società e la Borsa) used powers deriving from the 'Growth Decree' (Law no. 58 of 28 June 2019, Article no. 36, paragraph 2-terdecies) to order Internet connectivity service providers to prevent access from Italy to the websites. The blacklisted websites are understood to be offering financial services without due authorization.

The five websites added to the blacklist are:

Trust Pixs Limited (website www.trustpixs.com and related page https://my.trustpixs.com);

'EqualityFin' (website https://equalityfin.com and related page https://client.equalityfin.com);

Scintilla Enterprise Ltd (website https://solidstocks.cc);

Miva Solutions LLC (website www.delitraders.net and related page https://client.delitraders.net);

Ingenue Consulting LLC (website https://tradon.io).

CONSOB, founded in 1974 and based in Rome, has now ordered the blacklisting of a total of 645 websites conducting fraudulent activities since June 2019, when the regulator received the power to shut down website access.
