Online foreign exchange brokerage CMS Forex has been hit with a suit claiming that its VT Trader 2.0 software infringes a pair of patents for technology that automatically resizes images to fit into an end-user’s device, LAW360 reports.
Seattle-based Broadband Graphics LLC filed suit against CMS, also known as Capital Market Services LLC, on Wednesday in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Washington. More details on LAW360 website.
