Specifically, Wade joined the company working in strategic technology consulting and program management. He was the Vice President of the unit from December 1998 until June of 2003.
In this role, he performed a number of duties. Such as overseeing merger and acquisition transactions, technology consulting services, and conducting financial and business analysis to advise senior management on the application of certain technology solutions, among other duties.
In 2003, he went on to work in strategy and new business development, focusing on treasury and securities services, his LinkedIn states.
