In her new role Ms. Zinanni will be acting as the paramount advisor to CEO Edward T. She originally joined the CBOE back in 2011. Previously Ms. Zinanni worked as Special Assistant to the CEO and Lead Counsel during her tenure at the CBOE. In addition, she worked for over ten years in the legal space, including attorney positions at Seyfarth Shaw, Williams Mullen and served as Senior Associate, Tax, at Arthur Andersen.
