In his new role Mr. Doscher will be initiating BTIG’s newly launched distressed debt and trade claim business, helping augment the firm’s high-Yield Yield A yield is defined as the earnings generated by an investment or security over a particular time period. Prior to joining BTIG, Mr. Doscher held a number of senior roles at other banks, including most recently as the Head of Distressed-Debt Trading at Jefferies. Additionally, he worked in distressed debt units at Lehman, Barclays, and UBS,
