Foreign exchange veteran Layth Sanjaq has joined a new venture, landing at interdisciplinary consultancy and IT service provider Apexum as its newest Chief Executive Officer with immediate effect, Finance Magnates has learned.

Apexum is a new venue that caters to a wide range of FX brokers, including a suite of products and services that are composed of trading platform white label solutions, plugins, and applications, website design, and a fully integrated brokerage management lineup.
In his new role Mr. Sanjaq will be based out of Cyprus. Prior to his new appointment at Apexum, Mr. Sanjaq worked at a number of other FX ventures and brokers, part of a lengthy career spanning nine years.
He is the founder of FXBuilders, a boutique software company dealing with FX Brokers. In addition, he also held senior level roles at Orbex as its Global Head of Operations for over four years, as well as stints as the Managing Director, Head of Back Office, and Head of Operations at FXCC, dating back to 2008, according to information made public on his Linkedin profile.
