Paul Mahoney, the acting executive director in forex options at Banco Santander, has parted ways with the Spanish bank to join Credit Agricole, where he will be assuming a similar role.
Earlier this month, Kaushik Dutta relinquished his position as Asian FX options head at Societe Generale, taking his veteran FX services to Credit Agricole in the group’s Hong Kong office.

In his new role, Mr. Mahoney will serve as the senior forex options trader, where he will be based out of New York. He will be reporting to Richard Bailey, Global Head of non-linear forex trading.
Prior to being recruited by Credit Agricole, Mr. Mahoney worked in a senior level role at Santander for a period of two years, where he specialized in G10 and Latin American (LATAM) currencies.
