Commenting on the launch of the website, the Founder of LiquidityFinder, Sam Low said: “Market participants have a wide choice of prime brokers, prime of prime brokers, ECNs, banks and alternative liquidity providers to source their liquidity from. However, with such a wide and diversified offering and no central repository of information it can make comparing different providers very difficult.”
LiquidityFinder is regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA). In addition to allowing banks and brokers to compare different liquidity providers, the website also allows firms to fill out a short questionnaire in order for the sight to match them with the provider that most closely meets their needs.
“We take the guesswork out of finding the right liquidity partners so that banks and brokers can make well-informed choices. Liquidity Providers are generally willing to tailor solutions to their clients. LiquidityFinder makes it simple and straightforward for market participants to put their requirements out to multiple providers simultaneously so that tailor made solutions can be rapidly found,” added Low.
FXCM Pro launched on LiquidityFinder
FXCM Pro, the institutional arm of FXCM Group, is one of the liquidity providers who has launched on LiquidityFinder. The firm provides retail brokers, small hedge funds and emerging market banks with access to wholesale execution and liquidity.
