XTX Markets has warned against fraudulent schemes falsely associated with its brand. According to the company, fraudulent foreign exchange (FX) and cryptocurrency scams are on the rise and are perpetrated by websites, individuals, and entities claiming affiliation with the firm.

XTX Markets has clarified that it does not issue cryptocurrencies nor provide services on any retail FX or cryptocurrency platforms. Additionally, the firm emphasized that it does not engage with individual or retail investors in any product, including cryptocurrencies and FX.

Identifying the Fraudulent Claims

XTX Markets clarified that the only official websites operated by the company are XTXMARKETS.COM and AIMOPRIZE.COM, the latter being the platform for the AIMO Prize. Any other website purportedly representing XTX Markets is fraudulent and should be approached with caution.

The company has urged users to remain vigilant and exercise caution when approached by anyone claiming to offer XTX Markets-branded cryptocurrency or trading services. The firm mentioned that these individuals are not affiliated with the company in any manner. Besides that, XTX markets have advised clients who suspect fraudulent activity to promptly report it to local authorities.

Last year, XTX Markets launched a fund worth $10 million towards the development of AI models capable of achieving gold medals in the International Mathematical Olympiad (IMO). According to a report by Finance Magnates, this initiative aims to boost innovation in the artificial intelligence space.
