Wassim Khateeb, the Head Of Business Development at FXCubic
“The idea of organizing a sports event that will bring FX professionals together was conceived in early 2020. Unfortunately, realizing such an idea in the midst of a pandemic was simply not possible! However, we are thrilled to finally be able to see the FXCubic mini-football tournament evolve from an idea into reality,” Khateeb said.
“We’re very excited about the success of this first-ever tournament. We apologize to all the teams that we couldn’t accommodate. Next year we will grow it for more teams to be able to join in the fun,” he added.
John Christofides, the Captain of Sheer Markets, Tournament's winning team, said: “Thank you FxCubic, and congrats on an amazing tournament bringing fintech companies together on and off the pitch.”
Gheorghe Cotelea, the Captain of Tixee, commented: “It’s good to see people and companies. We are having a very good time, and we are grateful to our beautiful supporters. It’s a good place to talk and exchange. It’s the first time we are participating in a tournament like this, and we plan on doing many more in the near future.”
Pavel Pisarenko, the Captain of Exness, said: “It’s a perfect experience with a great vibe, good music and a good opportunity to bring our families as well. It’s nice to come together like this with snacks and beverages, and we look forward to participating in more events like this in the near future.”
Giorgos Cadis, the Captain of FXDS, commented: “We were very excited from the moment we heard about this tournament."
