After numerous successful events hosted across the globe, iFX EXPO International returns to Cyprus for the 3rd time, where some 1,500 Forex brokerage industry representatives will converge, and meet with exhibitors.
Cyprus is set to receive the next iFX EXPO International, making it the 3rd annual event of its kind, to take place on May 27th through May 29th, 2014.
The event is hosted by ConversionPros jointly with Forex Magnates who sets the event's content and agenda. It is probably the single largest gathering of Foreign Exchange professionals, including high-level management, CEOs, decision makers, and key influential stakeholders, totalling thousands of representatives from hundreds of online brokers and financial services technology companies across the globe. Today's announcement follows January's iFX EXPO Macau concluded.
Networking
The reasons to attend such an event can vary. Institutional and partnership related deals often arise from preliminary discussions, after examining offered solutions, throughout exhibit halls and meeting with delegates. The importance of staying up-to-date with the latest trends, as well as knowing what the competition is up to, is also a key aspect of strategic direction and research and development of new products.

Moreover, even competitors will draw together to discuss common challenges with the hope of coming to a collective conclusion on how to best resolve, or just to get a consensus on the common issues at hand, which at times could stir up a difference of opinion, as interpretations and context vary.
Such discussions will be taking place simultaneously across the expo’s exhibit halls and panel room auditoriums, and a reason why companies have often sent numerous staff so that each attendee can ideally focus on a different part of the expo at any given time, and thus help to not miss out on anything, with so much going on.
The are a number of highly anticipated workshops that include dedicated speaking sessions covering topics considered important to a large number of companies, whether already established, or for those who are interested in starting up a Forex /CFD or Binary Option brokerage, for example.
Post-event Interviews from the 2012 Inaugural IFX Expo Cyprus
This helps ensure that delegates have enough options to find the latest knowledge and know-how from industry experts, including front to back setup across technology, regulatory, marketing and sales spectrums.
According to the official press release, the event’s exhibitor and sponsorship packages are already 70% sold, and the event is expected to attract some 1,500 attendees, across hundreds of brokerages, technology developers and independent service providers (ISVs).
In addition to checking out the exhibitors' presentations and products, the iFX EXPO is also a networking event, and the meetings that take place both at the event and afterwards as a result of making a connection or meeting face-to-face with a prospective partner or client can make the trip all the worthwhile, according to the opinion of previous attendees.
Deals, Clients, Prospects and Partnerships
Commenting in the official press release, Gal Ron, the CEO of CONVERSION PROS said, “We are proud to host the 3rd annual iFX EXPO International event in Limassol, Cyprus. Last year was a great success and we look to recreate it this year expecting even more visitors while having grown the number of exhibitors by almost 30%.
