Financial data vendor Benzinga and AI developer WNSTN have rolled out a white-label conversational assistant designed to turn market research into instant client order flow inside third-party brokerage apps, promising to more than double retail trading frequency.
The service brings together Benzinga’s market information and WNSTN’s conversational technology. Brokers can integrate it into their existing platforms through an API or deploy it as a white-label product.
The companies first announced their partnership in June 2025. WNSTN’s technology subsequently powered natural-language chat, news summaries and market analysis inside Benzinga Pro, as well as localised conversations on Benzinga’s international websites.
The new offering adapts that integration for external brokerage clients.
Data and Personalisation in One Broker Interface
Benzinga supplies the information behind the AI assistant, including financial news, analyst ratings, earnings information, regulatory filings and corporate events. Its datasets also explain movements in share prices.
WNSTN turns that information into a conversational service. The assistant can adapt responses and summaries to a customer’s portfolio, monitor relevant market developments and surface investment ideas without requiring the user to leave the broker’s platform.
The company presents increased customer activity as a central benefit of this model. Its case study covers more than 88,000 trades at an unnamed US broker-dealer over approximately 12 months.

The company divided customers into non-users, people who interacted with the assistant once and active users who returned to it.
After removing outliers, WNSTN found that active users, those who engaged with the assistant more than once, made 2.3 times as many trades per day at the median as customers who did not use it. WNSTN also says that roughly half of users who chatted with the assistant placed a trade within 24 hours.
What Brokers Must Supervise
Because the assistant’s answers may reflect a customer’s portfolio and prompt investment actions, brokers need to be particularly careful as responses may be read as a personal recommendation.
WNSTN says every response passes through a separate Compliance Officer agent trained on US and European regulatory requirements.
However, that check does not guarantee that every answer will be accurate or compliant. Brokers will judge the offering by whether it keeps clients engaged and whether they can reliably supervise what it tells them.
