First, XValley, the Cryprus-based technology for FX and CFD brokers, hired seasoned executive Veronika Thoma as its new Chief Operations Officer (COO). Thoma joined the firm from CPT Markets, where she was the Senior Back Office Manager and later the Head of Back Office.

Prior to that, she held key operational roles at Exinity and Skilling, gaining expertise in brokerage infrastructure and client management. XValley Technologies specializes in developing proprietary trading solutions that integrate various trading components into a unified platform.
Tickmill brought Erhan Beyaz as Head of Data and Analytics
Online brokerage firmTickmill also made some changes among its executives, enlisting Erhan Beyaz as the new Head of Data and Analytics. Beyaz is an experienced industry expert who worked for notable industry brands such as Equiti Group.

Erhan Beyaz's appointment comes as the company expands its presence across various jurisdictions. Some of its key markets include the UK, Cyprus, and the UAE. Beyaz, who holds a PhD in Computer Science from the University of Manchester, will lead the company's data analytics initiatives to better serve its global clientele.
Elsewhere, Roei Gavish stepped down as CEO of TRADE.com after leading the company for more than 10 years. Following his departure, Gavish took on new roles, including the Executive Chairman of Global Business Development at Jeen.ai.

SquaredFinancial appointed Marcos Tigsilema as its new Chief Revenue Officer (CRO). The experienced industry professional, who previously served as Regional Commercial Director for Latin America at Key To Markets, will now lead revenue initiatives at the Cyprus-based broker.

Lastly, the Australia-based forex and CFD brokerage firm Pepperstone promoted Mariia Erokhina to General Manager, Information Security and Compliance. Erokhina has been with the company for slightly more than a year, initially serving as the Head of IT Security.
