MHMarkets named Chokri Houimli as the new CEO. Prior
to his appointment, Houimli was the Sales Director at MultiBank Group.
Previously, he served as the Business Development Manager at One Financial
Markets from April 2015 to December 2018.

Sales Manager at Alpari (UK) Ltd. His career began at the National Bank of Umm
Al Quwain, where he worked as a Team Leader. Recently, MultiBank Group launched

Changes in Tickmill's Management: CMO Has Been
Promoted to CCO
Tickmill promoted Nicholas Baumer to the role of Chief
Commercial Officer from his previous position as Chief Marketing Officer. The brokerage firm is currently searching for a new CMO to take over Baumer's
previous responsibilities. Baumer has reportedly assumed his new role as the CCO. He
joined the CFD broker as the CMO in November 2020, replacing Marilena Iakovou.
iSAM Securities Elevates James Wale to Lead EMEA Sales
Division
iSAM Securities appointed James Wale as the Head of
Leveraged Sales EMEA. Wale has more than 15 years of experience in
institutional sales and relationship management within the finance industry,
including roles at CMC Markets, Varengold Bank, and FIXI plc.

As the Head of Leveraged Sales EMEA, Wale will be responsible for the broader EMEA Sales team by managing sales strategy and enhancing the brand's existing offerings within the region. Commenting about the promotion, Wale mentioned: "Having been a part of the company's growth for over seven years, I am so pleased to take on this role and further
contribute to our vision as we embark on the next stage of our journey."
Broadridge Enhances Global Leadership with the
Appointment of COO
Broadridge Financial Solutions named Roz Smith as the Chief Operating Officer of Broadridge International. Based in London, Smith
will collaborate with Mike Sleightholme, the President of Broadridge
International, to expand and enhance Broadridge's global presence and customer
service in the EMEA and Asia Pacific regions.

Smith will reportedly focus on optimizing Broadridge
International's operations to achieve higher levels of efficiency and
productivity. According to the company's official statement, she will lead
efforts to streamline processes, manage implementation projects, and ensure the
effectiveness of organizational structures at the country and regional levels.
Additionally, Smith will work towards providing customized solutions to meet
the specific needs of clients.

Exinity onboarded Andrew Speakman as Senior Vice
President of Business Development. Speakman is an expert in financial services,
having dedicated almost 13 years to Hantec Markets. At the company, he held several positions, the most recent being Sales Director. His
responsibilities included market opportunity identification, feasibility
studies, and business plan presentations to the Chief Commercial Officer.
