Rob Ritchie Joins Wells Fargo as Head of Banking and Capital Markets

Formerly Co-Head of Global Banking at HSBC, Ritchie had spent seven years in his role before moving to Wells Fargo. Earlier in his career, he held senior positions at Goldman Sachs and UBS for decades.

BidFX Appoints Ivan Wong as Head of Greater China

Wong was a Sales Professional at Deutsche Boerse owned 360TGTX Group and had worked as a Manager at Barclays before taking up his new Hong Kong-based role at BidFX.

Squared Direct Onboards ADSS’ Husam al Kurdi as CEO

Al Kurdi served as Head of Product Management at Abu-Dhabi headquartered brokerage ADSS. In his new role at the CySEC -regulated firm, he replaces Youssef Barakat.

Former Saxo Deputy Trading Head Soren Nedergaard Joins Lind Capital

Nedergaard spent 18 years at Saxo Bank before joining independent trading company Lind Capital as Executive Advisor. He was Deputy Head of Trading and Market Access before leaving the Danish Bank last month.

Former ADSS CEO Philippe Ghanem Becomes Executive Chairman at Squared Financial

Industry veteran Ghanem re-joins the Cyprus-based financial services firm this month. He co-founded the SquaredFinancial Group in 2005 and stepped back to set up new ventures, including Abu Dhabi-headquartered financial brokerage ADSS, where he was CEO and Vice-Chairman. He left ADSS in 2019.
