Financial trading solutions provider Broadway Technology hired Ronald Schilling as a Senior Account Manager in London last month, according to market sources.

Founded in 2003, the company has over 170 employees globally with offices in New York, Austin, London, Waterloo, and Toronto.

Tyler Moeller, Co-Founder, CEO and Board Member of Broadway Technology, oversees and Leads the executive team. Prior to joining the firm, Moeller was a pioneer in high-frequency automated trading of fixed-income securities.

CTO, Co-Founder and Board Member of the company, Joshua Walsky, sets Broadway’s technical direction and is responsible for all software development, services, and delivery.

Decades of industry experience

Schilling moved to the firm from CME Group, where he had served as a Product Manager for EBS since 2014, working on the CFETS and MiFIDII projects for NEX Market.

Prior to that, he was a Manager at Tullett Prebon for three years, focussing on the firm’s FX spot Execution platform for institutional clients, tpSPOTDEAL.

Schilling also worked at Integral earlier, where he was a Vice President European Sales and an Account Management Director, responsible for the EMEA account management team. He was looking after existing clients and helped to grow the firm’s business.

Schilling’s career began as a Junior FX Trader at Bank Leu in Zurich in 1987.

He also held roles in FX trading at Swiss Volksbank Zurich, LGT Bank in Liechtenstein, and BNY Mellon.

Before joining Integral in 2009, he became an Area Sales Manager at NetSys Technologies and served in sales at Bloomberg, Reval, and Logicscope.
