Markit Hires Fixed Income Pricing Veteran Frank Dos Santos
- Dos Santos departs Standard & Poor's to join Markit in fixed income role.

Leading provider of financial information services with over 4200 staff across 13 countries, Markit, listed on Nasdaq under ticker MRKT, has today announced the appointment of Frank Dos Santos as head of North America Business Strategy for the firm Fixed Income Pricing division, as per a company statement.
"Frank’s extensive experience and knowledge of bond evaluations will drive the continued rapid expansion of our fixed income pricing business.”
Mr. Dos Santos joins from Standard and Poor’s where he’s worked for 13 years - as per the Markit update - and most recently served as global head of oversight, methodologies and analytical excellence for Securities Evaluations, and whose career in finance spans nearly three decades.
Last month Markit reported solid first quarter revenues for 2015 amid challenging market conditions, and as per coverage by Finance Magnates.
