James Watts Joins AFX Capital as its Head of UK Sales

After leaving LCG, Mr. Watts has taken up a new position at AFX Capital as its Head of UK Sales, his appointment tendered with immediate effect. AFX Capital is a holding company for a number of divisions including Super Trading Online, Market Technologies, and Quantic – AFX Capital also deals primarily with FX and CFDs.
Back in May, Mr. Watts was appointed as the Head of Sales and Partnerships at LCG. In this capacity he developed a sales team across nine sovereign languages, whilst bolstering the group’s sales capabilities and deposits.
Prior to joining LCG earlier this spring, Mr. Watts also led a sales team at IronFX UK for nearly two years, dating back to June 2013. Additional stops also include FX and CFD sales at Alpari UK, coupled with other senior level sales positions at Swissquote and several introducing broker operations during shorter stints. In total, Mr. Watts has been regularly employed in some sales capacity at various FX brokers since 2008.
