David Pearson Joins Torstone Technology to Strengthen Products

Torstone Technology, a provider of post-trade securities and derivatives processing, has announced on Thursday the addition of David Pearson to its product team as a product manager.

Pearson is bringing over thirty years of financial markets experience to the London-based company.

A veteran in the post-trade

He is joining Torstone from Genesis Global, where he was responsible for post-trade workflow solutions. Before that, he spent twenty-five years at Fidessa. There he initially worked with sell-side brokers and dealers, building and implementing front and middle-office workflow solutions for equities. He parted from Fidessa as the head of post-trade.

He is an expert in workflow and automation in the front office and post-trade space and is a former co-chair of the FIX Trading Community’s Global Post Trade Working Group.
