City Credit Capital is based out of London, with a number of additional global offices in Latin America and Hong Kong. The addition of Ruse will help strengthen its offering and market penetration in Romania. In his new role Mr. Ruse will be based out of Bucharest – he steps into the role with immediate effect.

Prior to City Credit Capital, Mr. Ruse worked in a number of groups specializing in financial services – this included stints as the President and CEO of S.S.I.F. DORINVEST S.A., having also served on its board of directors.

Moreover, he has also held the title of Head of International Financial Markets at S.S.I.F. VIENNA Investment Trust S.A. in Romania, part of a career spanning back to 2009, according to information made public on his Linkedin profile.
