The new partnership will see Alpari join an existing pool of liquidity providers for the MetaTrader 5 (MT5) ) platform, which includes a composite of over 45 instruments, ranging from currency pairs to spot metals. The new integration also caters to institutional clients, and represents the latest iteration of an ongoing partnership between Alpari and MetaQuotes.

According Alexander Novodvorsky, Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Alpari, in a recent statement on the integration, "Alpari and MetaQuotes Software Corp. have long been in partnership, as part of which Alpari was the first broker in the world to introduce to their clients the updated MetaTrader 5 platform with the hedging option.”

"It is a logical development that Alpari has become one of the first liquidity providers integrated into MetaTrader 5. We believe that today, MetaTrader 5 is one of the most advanced trading platforms offering a highly technological trading system structure,” he added.

"We are happy to further expand cooperation with our reliable partner Alpari. This leading international broker has become one of the first companies to provide unlimited liquidity to MetaTrader 5 brokers. This is an important step in the development of the MetaTrader 5 institutional platform and its opportunities for the brokerage business,” noted Renat Fatkhullin, Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of MetaQuotes Software Corp, in an accompanying statement.

The development follows on the heels of last month’s partnership with multilateral trading facility (MTF), LMAX Exchange, having tapped into its liquidity via a new integration gateway. The new gateway has since helped MetaQuotes’ clients, brokers, funds, and a wide spectrum of professional trading personnel access streaming limit order liquidity and improved execution methods.
