Set to be revealed next week at the Finance Magnates London Summit during the Product Launch session, Gold-i has partnered with TradeCore to create Gold-i Broker 360. Targeted at brokers, Gold-i Broker 360 is a back office solution combining a CRM, an automated customer onboarding solution and a trader Analytics tool.

Speaking with TradeCore CEO Stefan Pajkovic, Finance Magnates learned that Gold-i Broker360 was created using his firm’s underlying BrokerIQ technology. He explained that with Gold-i, they worked together with the goal of customizing the product to cover nearly every back office need of MetaTrader 4 brokers. In this regard, Gold-i Broker360 includes modules to assist with sales and retention, compliance and marketing.

To handle compliance, Pajkovic stated that the firm has partnered with ID verification providers. Using an automated solution, customers can upload their IDs and proof of residence, with Gold-i Broker360 then analyzing the information to meet Know Your Customer (KYC) ) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) compliance requirements.

With regard to customer analytics, the product reviews customer information such as trading and deposit frequency to provide insight towards when they should be contacted by sales and retention teams. Brokers are also able to query requests for general and specific performance and customer reports. The information is then distributed through the CRM for broker staff to review.

Pajkovic explained that he believes that beyond the feature set, Gold-i Broker360 also offers brokers efficiency by limiting the IT staff needed to operate middle and back office technology solutions. He added that as a Software as a Service (SaaS) product, Gold-i Broker360 will be updated based on broker feedback.

Commenting on the coming launch of Gold-i Broker360, Tom Higgins, CEO of Gold-i, stated: “I was so impressed when I first saw TradeCore’s onboarding and CRM solution that I was keen to partner with them to fill a gap in our portfolio in this area.
