The British entity that operates ThinkMarkets returned to profit in 2025 despite a decline in turnover.

Its active client base grew by 40% during the year, compared with 12% growth in 2024.

The number of clients making first-time deposits rose by 123%, following a 46% increase a year earlier.

The company attributed the growth to continued investment in its marketing strategy, including marketing technology, targeted initiatives and advertising campaigns.

ThinkMarkets UK Turns Loss into Profit

For the year ended 31 December 2025, the firm reported a profit of £14,673, compared with a loss of £9,722 in 2024. Turnover fell to £1.42 million from £1.80 million a year earlier. However, the operating loss narrowed to £15,094 from £56,507 in 2024.

After interest income and expenses, the company recorded a profit before tax of £16,320. A tax charge of £1,647 resulted in a profit of £14,673 for the year.

Firm Targets High-Net-Worth Clients

The company said it continued to invest in strategic markets and target high-net-worth clients in tier-one regions. It also offers a range of products through its proprietary trading platforms.

No other comprehensive income was reported for the year. The accounts were prepared on the basis that all operations are continuing operations.

ThinkMarkets Opens ThinkTrader to AI

Separately, ThinkMarkets recently launched ChelseaAI, an MCP server that connects its ThinkTrader platform with external AI assistants and allows users to execute trades through AI.

The system does not allow AI to access client funds or make deposits and withdrawals, while users can set permissions for order execution . The broker said the service is initially limited to its proprietary platform and is being made available to clients globally.
