Match-Trade Technologies, one of the leading foreign exchange (FX) and cryptocurrency technology providers, announced today that the company has collaborated with Squaretalk, an international interactive business communications platform, to expand the range of functionalities offered to Forex brokers in the company’s proprietary Client Office CRM.
According to an official announcement shared with Finance Magnates, the latest addition of Squaretalk Axiom VoIP system to Match-Trade’s Client Office CRM enables financial brokers to make calls directly from the application with just one click.
In addition to the convenient voice communication, the Squaretalk Axiom platform provides several other features including a broad range of information to track and analyze the lead path. Match-Trade Technologies highlighted that the recently added Squaretalk VoIP system supports business processes and allows brokers to focus on improved customer service.

In February 2021, Match-Trade Technologies expanded its services and launched the digital currency data feed for several popular cryptocurrency pairs.
The FX and crypto technology provider mentioned that the newly launched feature allows brokers to access details about the number of received and missed calls, call duration and the volume of calls for a specific period. Furthermore, Axiom offers advanced features that allow brokers to improve the overall performance of sales.
