The Financial Commission (FinaCom PLC), an industry-specific dispute resolution service that caters to the financial services industry, today announced the certification of AMTS ECN technology.
AMTS ECN is the main product of AMTS Solutions, which is a scalable system based on a high-speed communication protocol that provides brokers with the ability to configure the liquidity, trading tools, risk management rules, order execution methods, etc. Additionally, the system provides a protection from typical problems such as non-market quotes, arbitration and much more.
AMTS ECN was developed several years ago, with Alpari becoming the first forex broker to publicly deploy the solution to their customers back in 2015. The same technological solution is also at the core of the ECN offering that Admiral Markets started delivering to the market in 2015.

As part of the review process, the commission has established a detailed list of points to verify covering system security, capacity, business disaster recovery, and continuity plans, as well as reporting and record keeping, among other fields deemed important for the certification.
FinaCom is an independent international service that guarantees honest and timely resolution of any disputes with the aim of resolving trader-broker conflicts. All clients of members of the Financial Commission are protected by the Compensation Fund which acts as an insurance policy.
According to Financial Commission Chairman Peter Tatarnikov in a recent statement on the new certification: “In order to provide traders with fair dispute resolution we must fully understand their system’s construction and working process. AMTS ECN is the latest technology certified by the Financial Commission. We will be happy to see more software providers certifying their products with us. Today we gladly announce successful certification of AMTS ECN technology and believe it is a great step to leverage its credibility and grow its business globally.”
AMTS Solutions founder and CEO Dmitry Rannev added: “Our team has more than 10 years of experience in the field of dealing technologies development, beginning with the creation of the first bridge in 2006. AMTS ECN is the culmination of our work and the successful implementation of many years of experience, which was embodied in a very reliable and stable system. Our ECN has proved to be one of the best systems in dealing with major brokerages with wide customer bases and large amount of trades.”
