Connectivity provider FXecosystem is launching a brand new product aiming at the competitive MT4/5 broker market. The company is launching a cloud-based Virtual Private Servers (VPS) offering spread across its global data centre connections.

FXecosystem is to deliver the product via its London LD4, New York NY4 and Hong Kong HK1 Equinix locations. A VPS offering is optimizing access to the marker and in the realms of retail trading they are particularly useful for traders that are using algorithms. The VPS technology is minimizing latency to provide the fastest possible connection to the matching engines on the FX market due to the colocation of the servers with major FX providers.

Brokers can sign up for the service by accessing FXecosystem's website and selecting the appropriate server specifications, operating systems and locations. A wide choice of Liquidity is available via FXecosystem's Meet-Me-Rooms. This is the company core product that provides connectivity to the FX market for global FX banks, ECNs, vendors and buy side institutions.

James Bannister, CEO of FXecosystem

Commenting on the launch, the CE of the company James Bannister said: "FX-VPS completes our Hosting and co-location services offering. We now have a full suite of products available to cater for all requirements, from retail brokers up to Tier 1 banks, all fully supported 24/7 by our network operations centre (NOC) telephone helpdesk."

“FX-VPS is launching as one of three key strands of the business – which also includes our core business, delivering connectivity to the institutional market and Bondecosystem®, which extends our connectivity capabilities to the bond market,” Bannister elaborates.

Clients of brokers that are located in emerging markets are particularly keen in getting access to VPS services. As internet infrastructure across multiple emerging markets is not up to speed with the demand yet, brokers that provide adequate speed to their clients are more likely to attract them to their offering.

MT4 and MT5 offerings are heavily reliant on automatic order execution, where a VPS comes in handy.

Commenting on the product, the Business Development Manager of FXecosystem, Lee Ann Jones, explained" “We have a range of pre-designed server specs to meet the specific requirements of the retail market – helping them to spin up servers and set up quickly. Our FX-VPS offers speed, flexibility and ease of use to clients and we have a range of options available for brokers and prop traders, whether they are looking for a MetaTrader server or a fully customisable solution.”
