CPattern Partners with SpotOption to Distribute Retention Tools to Binary Options Brokers
CPattern has announced that it has partnered with binary options provider SpotOption for distribution of its Account Monitoring and Control

CPattern has announced that it has partnered with binary options provider SpotOption for distribution of its Account Monitoring and Control System (AMC). Under the terms of the deal, SpotOption will make AMC available to its binary option broker customers as a retention tool.
A trading-behavior analytics firm, CPattern’s offerings monitor trader actions to provide updates to both customers and brokers about performance. Aimed at brokers, the AMC product monitors trader behavior and alerts brokers when the software believes specific clients require attention by retention managers. The product is aimed at increasing lifetime value of traders and sends alerts to brokers when the software believes a customer may be likely to abandon trading.

For CPattern, by partnering with the largest binary options platform provider, the deal allows them to get their product in the hands of a large percentage of brokers. Commenting on this in their public remarks, CPattern CEO Oded Shefer stated, “This is a very big opportunity for us to deliver our solutions to brokers in a scalable way. I would like to thank SpotOption for recognizing the potential and giving us this opportunity.”
A spokesperson of SpotOption added, “CPattern’s technology makes a difference for our clients and we think every broker should have the AMC to make sure his retention is optimized.”

Great idea guys. It is good to see someone realising the importance that third party developers play in developing the adoption of a platform.
I agree that being clear about the do’s and don’ts to integrating additional functionality with software is a good thing. Spotware just needs to ensure that users have the ability to check their version of software to see if it has been corrupted or is a licensed copy of the trading platform. Brokers may have a problem with hacked versions of the front end placing off-quote orders?
Will spotware be hosting any type of contests? like automated trading contests or the like?

Hi Jon,
Our suite is fully hosted at Equinix i.e. its what we call a ‘PaaS’, therefore we administer it – which basically eliminates any issues of versions etc. In the events of updates: (1) there is backwards compatibility (2) all interested parties receive timely release notes, months before the update.
I’m sure that there will be contests from some of our clients, once our partners that are currently integrating with us announce finalised integrations.
