Public has launched AI agents for prediction markets, allowing members to trade event contracts directly or use prediction-market data to trigger trades elsewhere in their portfolios.
London's trading industry is coming home!
Public has partnered with Kalshi to provide the prediction markets and execute trades. Public described Kalshi as a CFTC-regulated financial exchange and the world’s largest prediction market.
The move follows recent developments linking prediction markets with AI and financial trading. In May, Finance Magnates reported that AI agents were being used in prediction markets, while June coverage detailed Tradeweb’s integration of Kalshi data into institutional trading workflows. ProCap was also using Kalshi data with AI agents to generate investment research and ideas.
Public Links Events to Automated Trades
The offering covers prediction markets across crypto, commodities, climate, economics, corporate events, markets, indices, technology and science, and politics and elections. Public said the markets focus on events that could affect financial markets.

Members can use the platform’s AI agents to monitor prediction-market probabilities and respond when specified conditions are met. For example, an agent could automatically buy shares if the probability of FDA approval for a healthcare company rises above 75%.
AI Agents Track Rates, Earnings Risks
Other examples include monitoring expectations for Federal Reserve rate cuts and alerting members when those probabilities change by a set amount. Agents could also respond to earnings risk by buying in-the-money put options if the probability of an earnings miss rises above 60%, subject to a spending limit.
Prediction-market data can also be used as a signal for trades involving stocks or bonds, according to Public.
“Prediction markets give those agents a new input: real-world events,” said Leif Abraham, Co-CEO and Co-Founder of Public. Members can either take a position on an event or use its market data to trigger a trade elsewhere in their portfolio, he added.
The platform allows AI agents to monitor changing probabilities and act according to instructions set by members.
