Hantec Markets UK Turnover Slips to £6.19m as Operating Profit Turns into Loss

Hantec Markets Limited, UK, reported a slight decline in turnover and lower annual profit for 2025, despite an increase in profit before tax.

For the year ended 31 December 2025, the UK-based company recorded turnover of £6.19 million, down from £6.21 million a year earlier. This represents a decline of about 0.3%.

Administrative expenses rose to £6.20 million, compared with £6.13 million in 2024. The increase pushed the company from an operating profit of £82,362 in 2024 to an operating loss of £7,726 in 2025.

Hantec Markets Profit Falls Despite Higher Pre-Tax

The operating loss was offset by £97,267 in interest receivable and similar income. The company also had no interest payable or similar expenses during the year, compared with £2,612 in 2024.

As a result, profit before taxation increased to £89,541, from £79,750 a year earlier.

After a tax charge of £41,342, Hantec Markets reported a profit for the financial year of £48,199, down from £72,350 in 2024.

The financial statements state that the income statement was prepared on the basis that “all operations are continuing.”

Directors remained cautious about the outlook. "Market conditions will be challenging in 2026," they noted, "but we still expect to improve profitability." The firm's strategy remained focused on the long term.

Hantec Adds Copy Trading Technology

Separately, Hantec Markets has continued to expand its trading services through technology partnerships. The broker integrated Brokeree Solutions’ technology for its Hantec Social copy trading platform and Hantec PAMM managed account service across MetaTrader 4 and MetaTrader 5.

Hantec had previously launched its PAMM service using Brokeree’s infrastructure. The broker also integrated Swiset’s analytics and trader engagement tools, adding further technology services for its clients.
