Monex Group Reports August 2016 Revenues Reflecting 9% MoM Decline
- Monex has reported a monthly decline in revenues for August 2016 recording figures of $33.3 million (¥3,345 million).
Monex Group, Inc. has reported its monthly consolidated financial results for the month of August 2016, as per a statement today.
August Operating Revenue
For August 2016, Monex recorded a decline in monthly revenue notching a figure of $33.3 million (¥3,345 million). This represents a decline of 9 percent MoM from July’s $36.7 million (¥3,679 million) and down 38 percent YoY compared with $53.7 million (¥5,396 million) last year.
Financial expenses registered an increase during the month ending August 2016, coming in at $3.1 million (¥311 million). This reflected a rise of 2.3 percent from $3 million (¥304 million) in July 2016.
Earlier this month, Monex reported its its August 2016 business metrics which again showed a further consecutive decrease over July’s figures. DARTS were down to 231,108, representing an decrease of almost 16 percent MoM, compounded by an annual decrease of 34.2 percent compared with August 2015’s figures of 351,104.
