Exness has extended the use of MetaTrader4’s (MT4) WebTerminal to its traders, joining the ranks of many other brokers that rely on its desktop and mobile technology.

WebTerminal is a widely utilized HTML5 web app from MetaQuotes that’s already in use by many of the industry’s leading brokers. As a result of the new integration, users can access the terminal directly through the Exness site, devoid of any additional downloads or registration.

In addition, users will gain access to a wide range of functionalities, including more comprehensive real-time quotes, robust price charts, timeframes, and analytical forecasting methods.

Previously, Exness had relied on an external Technology Provider for its web trading needs. However, back in May, the retail broker switched to the mobile utility of MetaQuotes, as its customers were more focused on using the traditional desktop platform, as expressed to Finance Magnates by Exness representatives.

With the announcement, Exness also joins OctaFX, Admiral Markets, DMMFX Australia, ICMarkets, and One Financial Markets as the latest companies to lean predominantly on a MetaTrader 4 based solution.

The adoption of WebTerminal is the first integration Exness has opted for since its assimilation of SunGard’s IntelliMatch Operational Control solution in late 2015. The solutions provided by SunGard helped Exness satisfy the growing list of reconciliation and compliance requirements being imposed on foreign Exchange (FX) brokers. More specifically, this entailed the management of rapid volume growth and stricter oversight in terms of FX reconciliation.
