Forex Magnates' reporters have reached out to both companies for a comment, however as of time of publication no confirmation of a deal was received and management declined to comment on the matter.

According to the sources, Mr. Sabet has already relinquished control of the company and wrapped up operations, passing it on to TTCM Traders Trust Capital Markets Ltd, which is run by Nicola Berardi, who previously worked for Mr. Sabet as Chief Financial Officer at his banking venture Synthesis Bank, sold to Saxo Bank back in 2008.
