Dukascopy Bank has launched an AI-powered trading feature that allows clients to interact with trading accounts through chat-based assistants.
The bank said the system enables integration with AI assistants such as ChatGPT and Claude. These assistants can be connected directly to JForex trading accounts through a Model Context Protocol server developed by the company. The setup allows users to execute trades, manage positions, analyze markets, and monitor risk using natural language.
The development follows Dukascopy Bank’s recent expansion of its trading infrastructure. The Swiss broker-bank introduced a flagship mobile application that combines banking services, retail CFD trading, foreign exchange, payments, and investment tools in a single interface.
It also launched a dedicated stock trading platform offering more than 25,000 equity CFDs. The system runs alongside its JForex ecosystem as part of a modular execution structure.
Chat-Based Trading Comes to Dukascopy
The bank said the change reflects a move away from traditional trading interfaces. It said clients will no longer need terminals, manual coding, or complex navigation to perform trading operations.

Dukascopy Bank CEO Andre Duka said: “Technology has always been at the core of Dukascopy's DNA,” adding, “For two decades, we have invested in building advanced trading infrastructure.
The integration allows trading actions through chat instructions. These include placing orders, analyzing instruments, calculating stop-loss and take-profit levels, and checking account exposure.
It also supports commands such as “Close half of my gold position” through the connected AI assistant.
AI Trading Launches on Demo Accounts
According to the company, AI assistants receive secure access to trading functions and account data. This enables workflows such as proportional position sizing and cross-asset analysis.
Dukascopy Bank said the system is built on the Model Context Protocol, an open standard that allows AI tools to interact with external applications. It added that setup takes a few minutes and does not require programming knowledge. The bank said passwords are not shared with the AI assistant.
The AI feature is currently available on JForex demo accounts using virtual funds. Support for live trading accounts is planned for summer to autumn 2026.
