The appointments are effective immediately, Brendan Connolly, UBS’ global head of financing solutions, said in an internal memo today.

It was additionally revealed that Jim Boland is moving to London as the head of leveraged finance for Europe, Middle East and Africa and David Barth has been appointed to lead the business in the Americas. Giles Borten, who previously headed leveraged finance in EMEA, left UBS earlier this year.
